LOVE …
A piece of skateboard art I created for a charity Exhibition in Sydney.
I was given the theme ‘Love’ and the colours red, white and black.
Love floats like a feather,
Is as fragile as flesh,
And burns like a flame.
Love cannot be manufactured by one, it must be shared amongst many,
Felt.
Love is exhilarating, playful and painful.
Love must be tended, ridden and respected,
Balanced.
It needn’t be a canvas, song or story,
It can also be a deck.

MELBOURNE…
I visited Melbourne for the Create Awards, to hang with Mike Watt and The Drawing Book crew and see the city streets in all their colourful glory! I will be back.

I am very lucky to have been shortlisted for the Desktop Create Awards! In the Illustration and the Typography categories. The awards are in Melbourne in September. Ooh just to be shortlisted is so exciting!
